Modelling the "Fab India" clothes

Juhi aunty sent me 2 adorable outfits from the Fab India Baby Line.

Here I am modelling the pink one..watch this space for pics of me in the green one.

Mommy has turned into the paparazzi and has clicked so many pictures of me in this dress...honestly its getting a little annoying ..with the flash going off every 2 minutes!

Overstimulation

For the past few days, I have been having these big meltdowns every evening...no its not colic.
I turn all red and my eyes turn big and then I cry my little lungs out.
No one could figure out what triggered off these tantrums...and then mommy thought about things that have changed in the past few days.The one major change that has taken place is that I have been going out everyday..to peoples houses and to the park...and when she mentioned this to the nurse at Kaiser, the nurse talked about "Overstimulation". Apparently at about this age, all babies go thru this phase where they learn to observe new sounds and sights...Excitement, tiredness, and tension combine to prevent the baby from settling down.

So the nurse recommended that we stay home the next few days..that I not be exposed to too much too soon.

That puts a damper of our spirits coz my grandparents were sooo enjoying the daily outings:(

Mommy's little insomniac

Mommy is raising an insomniac!

For the past few days, getting me to sleep has been such a struggle.
I wake up at about 7 every morning and then refuse to sleep all day and then by about 6 in the evening Im so cranky I can barely eat.

So my mom has been reading this book called lull-a-bye baby and is learning how to get me to sleep well...So today just to humor her I slept all afternoon..Mommy is still trying to figure out whether it was due to the book or if that was just a flash in the pan.

Here are some pics of me getting daddy to sleep...oh wait..it was supposed to be the other way around...I was the one supposed to nap!

Whoever coined the phrase "Sleeping like a baby" needs to be clubbed on his head.

Notice how well I used to sleep when I was just 4 weeks old..Its only now that I have turned into a little brat!

Central Park

We went to Central Park today and had a great time there.

We took lots of fun pictures and I had a great time looking at the big trees. We kept away from the duck pond coz the ducks were rather rowdy..and mommy was scared they would come close to me.
