Some of you know that I had a severe reaction to some allergen over the weekend (yeah i know lazy mommy didnt post about it).
Anyway..so at that time, it was believed that it was something I ate (probably Jello) that had triggered off this reaction..I had some pretty bad swelling on my face, near my eyes and bad rash and severe itching. A couple of doses of cetzine fixed the swelling.
Mommy thought I was on the mend, when she noticed that I have some new rash on my back and I have some pretty serious dry skin..so she made and appointment with the Dr and off we went.
Turns out, there is something else in my environment that is triggering my allergies. Im back on cetzine and mommy has been slathering me with a lot of Aveeno to combat the dry skin.
Next week I will be seeing the dermatologist at Manipal Hospital for an allergy patch test.
I turn 2 on Saturday..and mommy feels this urgent need to stop time :(
She feels the past 2 years have gone by all too fast and is worried that she will blink and the next few years will fly by too..and that Ill be all set to leave home and go to medical school (you do know mommy really really...really wants me to be a doctor..right? oh wait thats not all..she wants me to be an oncologist..AND find the cure for cancer)

Mommy is ready to sit herself down and have a good cry :(
I have been clingy and whiney and been throwing tantrums all day long. Mommy tried reasoning with me (good with that mom), tried threatening me with dire consequences, tried time outs, tried ignoring me..but Im in no mood to listen.

Just to clarify..
-My birthday is on the 24th of Jan..We just started the birthday celebrations early :)
The birthday festivities have begun!
We went to Barbeque Nation today to celebrate my 2nd birthday.
Nice place, Nice ambience, Unlimited awesome food, Live music..couldnt have asked for more!
Mommy requested the guy playing the live music to sing "Happy Birthday" and he did! And while he was singing for me..I cut a tiny Dora cake with 2 candles! I was THRILLED!!!!

Another year gone by! And what an eventful year it has been.
Started off with my first birthday last Jan..our big move to India in June...a sad event, my great grandmothers passing in November.... and the biggest and best event of all..the birth of my little Arjun!
