Daddy and Dora
Daddy isnt going to be happy that my mom shared this pic! Daddy was trying to get me to nap..so he put Dora and me on his chest and tried patting me to sleep...after about 20 minutes..I managed to get Dad to take his nap and left Dora with him and just climbed off the couch!!!

Mommy apologizes for the hiatus..but we do have some big news! We are relocating to Bangalore, India. We will probably move in the first week on June...yes 2 months from now.
My mom is very very sad these days..this place has been home for the past 9 years and its going to be so difficult to say goodbye to all her friends and family here :(

We met with my little buddies at the Lincoln Glen Park in San Jose. Its a very nice place and has a huge gated tot lot.

A little about Bear Shenoy

Mommy has been meaning to introduce you all to Bear Shenoy for a while now.
Who is Bear you ask..well..he is my very best friend in the whole world. Laxmi aunty had gifted him to me a while ago and mommy named him "Bear" (Yeah I know..how original!).
I start my day hugging Bear and screaming "Bear...Muuuu ah"..I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with him and try and force feed him pancakes, milk, cheerios, vegetables or whatever else it is that Im eating...mommy learnt only too late that he is not washable :(
Mommy doesnt allow Bear to go out with us ( I think she is still a little upset from the time I chucked my lovey blanket out of the stroller).
Mom took him alomg for my first year portrait and we managed to get some good pictures.

Sleep Issues...Again!

I have been having some sleep issues..(whats new??)
Remember how mommy was grumbling that Im down to one nap in the day? Well I have decided that it is going to be one really short nap. So I take one nap that is just 30 minutes long!

Front facing car seat

I have graduated from the infant rear facing car seat to the front facing car seat now. I have made this transition very smoothly and actually prefer the front facing one.
Mommy was a bit sad to put away the infant car seat..she says its because thats the one they brought me home in.

Happy Hollow

Today, mommy and I went to the Happy Hollow Zoo and park. We had a lot of fun on the rides. My whole belief system was shattered..turns out monkeys are NOT blue and and lions do NOT smile!! Up until now, the only monkey I had seen was my blue stuffed toy!

Last week we had been to the doctor for my 12 month well baby checkup. She gave me a sticker with Dora on it..since then everytime I see a picture of Dora, I scream "GOA"!!!
