Ok so Im not jet lagged anymore (well for the most part)..but heres the thing...with this whole jet lag confusion going on..I may have transitioned to just one nap in the day. At 11 months, it seems too early to transition to 1 nap...comments anyone?

I know Sohan transitioned to one nap a day when he was about 13 months (adjusted age would have made him 10.5 months) -- not a big sample but at least that was my experience. :-)
