Yesterday my grandmother had a small ceremony at home.This is a ritual that celebrates the first pregnancy of a woman.
"Godh" essentially means the lap of a woman and "bharai" means the process of filling it with things that are considered good omens.
Since its so close to the due date, my parents didnt want to plan on doing a big ceremony so it was just a small affair.
